Purchase, Shipping, and Return Policies

First: Purchase and Payment Policy: At Titan Nano Coating, we strive to provide a safe and easy shopping experience for our customers.

·         Available Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), or online payment via Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard) and E-Wallets (payments are processed via a fully secured gateway).

·         Order Confirmation: Once the order is completed, you will receive an email or text message containing the invoice details and order number. Our customer service team will contact you to confirm the address if necessary.

Second: Shipping and Delivery Policy: We deliver to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt in cooperation with reliable shipping companies to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.

·         Processing Time: The order is processed and handed over to the shipping company within 24 hours of order confirmation.

·         Delivery Time:

ü  Cairo and Giza: 2 – 3 business days.

ü  Alexandria and Delta governorates: 3 – 4 business days.

ü  Upper Egypt and other governorates: 4 – 5 business days.

·         Shipping Cost: The cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the governorate.

·         Note: Slight delays may occur during public holidays and peak seasons.

Third: Exchange and Return Policy: In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product according to the following conditions:

·         Allowed Period: A return or exchange request can be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

·         Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and tightly sealed in its original packaging (due to the nature of liquid and chemical products, open packages cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect).

·         Manufacturing Defect or Damage: If the product arrives damaged or defective, we bear the full shipping costs, and the product will be replaced immediately.

·         Return Without Cause: If the customer wishes to return the product without any defect, the customer bears the shipping costs (both ways).
